MAICO MA-42 Two-Channel Diagnostic Audiometer | Air, Bone & Speech Audiometry

The MAICO MA-42 Two-Channel Diagnostic Audiometer is a high-performance diagnostic device designed for ENT specialists, audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and mobile hearing clinics. It delivers precise and flexible auditory testing in air, bone and speech modalities, including free-field options. With optional high-frequency capability up to 16 000 Hz, the MA-42 enables detection of early or subtle hearing loss beyond the standard audiometric range.

Choose from a wide range of stimulus types including pure tone, warble tone (continuous or pulsed), narrow-band, white noise, and speech signals. The system supports multiple special and extended tests (e.g. SISI, Tone Decay, ABLB, MLB, Langenbeck), as well as Stenger and Master Hearing Aid (MHA) functions.

The device is built for ease of use: its full-colour screen with smart icons offers intuitive navigation; buttons and controls are organized ergonomically for fast, reliable use. Weighing only ~1.5 kg, it is ideal for portable field work. The MA-42 includes an internal database with storage for many patient sessions. Reports can be printed directly, exported as PDF or transferred via USB/SD, and data integrates with MAICO Sessions PC software, and common database platforms (NOAH, OtoAccess).
